Finally..A new cutter file!!! And Teen Spirit-

So I know that I have been a blogging slacker! I have no excuse, what-so-ever...and I do not remember when I added a new cutter file- But I hope that anyone has stayed with me- how fun are these tags? I love tags and I am the worlds worst journal-er (is that a word?) So I find that if I add a tag at least I will write down something about the pictures.

Life has been busy...but whose isn't? It is Sept. 30 and my son is leaving in a mere 4 weeks to go on his mission for our church! He will be gone for 2 years! I am sooooo excited for him but I know that I am already dreading not having him around. I have been scrapping old pictures of him...and my, my let me tell you that time flies by! I miss that little 5 year old that turned into a 8 year old that almost over night turned into a teenager with a room that smells like "teen spirit" oh you moms I know that you know what I am talking about. It is a smell that permeates his room and if I do not keep his door shut seeps into the hallway....ewwwww...that is the only word that I can use to describe that smell. I have cleaned his room, used frebreeze and yet...it has not gone away. I will not miss the "teen spirit" but I will miss my boy!

We have recovered from IKE even though we haven't put the shingles back on the roof- but our air conditioner is working which is a relief because it is still a little warm here. Although fall is really trying to arrive! I am sooooo ready for fall- I love fall clothes! I love the whole getting dressed from head to toe in black and not looking out of place.

So on to the evening..soon my "oldest" boy will be home from football practice with my 10 year old so we can enjoy our late dinner and he can fall asleep in his chair!
